Here are seven types of foods that can help burn fat:


1. Eggs


Eggs are a great food for many reasons. Not only are eggs a source of protein, but eggs can also increase metabolism and help burn calories during the digestive process.


Helping to provide a longer feeling of fullness, eggs also nourish, build and repair muscles. You can make eggs as a post-workout snack at the gym. Ollie recommends eating boiled eggs because this process makes the eggs healthier.


2. Green tea


This healthy drink is loaded with antioxidants and is known to boost metabolism, burn fat, and support weight loss. Add a few cups of tea to your daily routine and your body will benefit from it.


Ollie's tip drinks a cup before your workout to add energy and help burn more calories.


3. Green leafy vegetables


Green vegetables, such as kale, cassava leaves, and spinach, can support bone health, aid intestinal health, and increase digestive enzymes. Apart from being able to reduce bloating, spinach will also add fiber and other nutrients such as iron to the diet so that the body will develop.

7. Cayenne pepper


In Indonesia, spicy food seems to be a mandatory menu. Apparently, cayenne pepper, which makes food taste spicy, contains antioxidants to help reduce inflammation. Apart from that, chilies can also help burn more calories which in turn will lose body fat.
